   I went to get my nails done a day ago and got both a mani n pedi. When the lady started working on my toes she must’ve cut my cuticles too short or cut into my cuticles which caused 2 of my toes to bleed. Which led me to be in pain now a day after. At this point I honestly should’ve walked out but I continued on bc I needed my nails done as it’s my birthday in a few days. As she was scrubbing the heels of my feet she ended up scrapping the back of my ankle in which I’ve yelled ‘ouch’ bc I mean come on ur scrubbing ur hopes and dreams at this point. She then starts working on my fingernails and I’m noticing she’s missing so many spots on my nails and the polish is all sloppy. I ended up leaving that place regretting I even went. For $80 the service needs to match up with that price. My niece could’ve done a better job, I could’ve done a better job than that “qualified” lady. Never coming here again. Will not be referring anyone in the future either. Shocking ** In response to the reply. It happened yesterday around 12:20PM when I was in the seat. She needs a retraining or something because everything so rushed and sloppy.

   Gel nails done on Friday and Saturday morning two nails peeled. Not only that I wanted a full clean up but the lady was like it’s 2 late I’ve already polished them. And just constantly speaking in their own language while customers are around. Left n right hand. @ Owner you can clearly see it’s not thumps.

   Normally don’t leave reviews but I left feeling very upset and angry. The lady who did my mums manicure was very, VERY rude. My mum asked for normal manicure because she needs to remove her nails for work. The lady was not listening and kept demanding her to get gel nail as normal nail polish has to dry longer etc. We had no problem waiting. After she agreed to do normal manicure she immediately gave no attention to mum, spoke to her in a rude tone and completed her nails in 5 mins or so. Didn’t even offer us space to allow her nails to dry until we asked. Again, no acknowledgement, talking in her language to the other staff who was looking at us ( clearly we felt like we were being talked about). I had to request if I could pay, and after leaving I said thank you ! No reply ! If it was me I would have left without any service but because this place was recommended to mum by her friend she thought to stay. Highly do not recommend. Poor customer service. If they are unhappy with their jobs then I suggest working in a non customer service industry.

   Had eyelash extensions done and the lady (lash tech) was getting frustrated with me because I kept blinking, apparently I had an eyelash stuck in my eye and it was irritating, they also talk loudly to each other alot in their language which I thought was rude. Won’t be going back!

   Very busy, conjested boutique. The lady who did my nails talked alot and kept stopping just to talk (in tbeir native language) - the owner is lovely, fast paced busy kinda woman but always tends to her customers. The place could do with better chairs, stations, equipment and layout to have a flow to it but I guess thats what you expect for $25 manicure
