   I booked what was supposed to be lash extensions but ended up with lash clusters instead. I’m really disappointed because I paid for proper extensions and expected quality service. What I got didn’t match what was advertised at all, the lashes were clumpy, uncomfortable, and definitely not worth the money. What a total waste! Please be careful and make sure you’re getting what you’re actually paying for.

   Honestly not as bad as some of these reviews. I was scared at first but it was a decent experience. I went on a Wednesday afternoon and was the only customer present. I got a deluxe manicure with gel (real nails). I had a soak, removal of cuticle and nails filled down. The process took about an hour. I did have some difficulty finding a colour match but the staff were helpful. There was limited conversation. So if you like to talk Goodluck. The reason for a 4/5 star is because it’s average. It’s not an above and beyond experience. You pay for what you get.

   On Instagram their work looks amazing but I really should’ve went through these google reviews before heading instore. They’ve completely ruined my nails. I was left with thick nails and glue all over my fingers. It’s crowded instore and it wasn’t a relaxing experience at all. Don’t recommend coming here, some of the workers shouldn’t even be doing people’s nails as they’re not experienced enough, don’t know how this business is still up and running

   My nails lasted all of 1hr… I opted for nail polish instead of gel because I remember last time I got gel done the lady went overboard with it and made it too thick/painted over my skin too and looked messy. This time the nail polish looked okay but she wasn’t giving my nails enough time to dry between coats (base coat, two colour coats and a top coat). I questioned it and said I don’t think this is going to dry because it’s put on so thick but they just brushed it off and said I need to wait. I stayed at the salon for a good 25mins longer than normal but had to head home as I had work. This picture was taken an hour after they told me I was good to go home… washed my hands and towel dried to see this… what a waste of money!

   I always go to this place to get my lashes done…hybrids are what i asked for…went to get hybrid done 1-2weeks ago and there already falling apart it normal lasts me 6-7weeks or even 1month…i dont think the people who did knew what they were doing because they kept talking alot…i know there different because they dont look the same of how I normally get these done…I honestly payed $85 for lashes that are already coming apart

   Don’t go!! Worst place to get your nails done. They didn’t even cut my nails before putting acrylics on. They glued the inside of my nail to my nail bed. It feels so uncomfortable. So upsetting. Look at how they left me nails.

   Don't let the older lady do your nails. She ruined mine and an other ladies nails while I was there. Always ask for Ann. She is so detail oriented and rescued my nails. Minus 2 stars for the time it I wasted there. Plus 2 for making amends. Ok 1 week update: minus two since my nail broke while running it through my nail.
