Head spa felt disorganised, constantly leaving the room and didn’t wash hands before touching my face. Barely washed my hair (which is the point), and also tried sending me home with wet hair (the package includes blow dry). Ended up with greasy oiling hair as didn’t rinse out the back of my scalp, and put in way too much oil. Also had to finish drying my hair myself. For the price and the products used, I would personally not recommend. Staff were lovely! Just lack of training and care towards the service.

Very over priced for the quality of service & nails($80 gel extensions) & the amount of time it took( 1hr½). I even came in ½ an hour earlier (I booked). Didn't tidy up my cuticles or anything apart from taking nail polish off 1 finger, the prep was shocking. It wasn't even busy. Saw 3 different people & before one of the girl could finish my "nail art" ( which i paid extra for- not worth it) she was pulled away to start a pedi, I then had to point out to the other lady she hadn't finished. Nails bumpy. Really dissapointed. Had better quality for cheaper & nail art for no extra cost elsewhere .
