Caught the Dunedin/Otago based contractor associated with CosyWall/Safe-R on camera drilling holes and filling, without putting any insulation into a section of wall. Reinstatement of walls was far from professional and full of gaps. Site left a mess. Would not recommend anything to do with Safe-R or CosyWall.
Terribly unprofessional business. Made an appointment for a quote for my rental which was confirmed - I arranged access, took time off work and the guy didn't turn up, nor did he send any apology. I rang the business who didn't answer the phone and later sent a message "he can't make it anymore". if they are so unprofessional on sales side, wonder how bad would they be for the work and after sales!
