Great people as long as you can get there in the week. I leave warkworth at 6am and don't return until 6pm every week day. So Saturday trading is not an option apparently.
Never got good service here, carry on to the Mega or Placemakers up the road for service and better range.
Excellent service compared to the other nearby building outlet. The staff here seem to want to go out of their way to actually help you, and not as if you are an annoyance to their day, quite a change. Almost worthwhile spending or parting with your funds. Great company.
I broke down outside, a female staff approached and rudely told me I had to move my vehicle immediately, didn't ask why or offer any help. After 5 mins and I hadn't moved she finally clicked I had car trouble, as it was a van i couldn't push it on my own.
Awesome experience, the team were so attentive and helpful . I only wish I had used Carters earlier. The service offering in the Walkworth branch Beats others hands down.
Absolutely shocking experience, items were charged for but missing off our delivery and when we asked Carters about it they were completely unwilling to acknowledge or rectify. Rude, Unhelpful and Dishonest. Avoid at all costs!! I understand that this is a regular occurrence for Carters and we will now be taking all of our business to Mitre 10 around the corner.
