Went on a bioluminescent plankton kayak tour with my partner and had the best time. The team were so great and knowledgeable. We had so much fun learning about the area and the plankton while playing with natures night lights. Big shout out to Ben for a great tour!
Amazing. Turned up on a Saturday before a roadtrip to grab a bike rack. They were friendly, prompt and even helped install the unit, as well as fixing a small problem with the existing roof rack. Would definitely recommend and shop here again .
I popped by here in January to get some roof racks for my ute. Customer service was fantastic and he even fitted the racks for me. Highly recommend, was great that I didn't have to leave the coast and felt like I got a great deal.
Bought some racks and a kayak from Sam, a real nice guy and highly knowledgeable. He made the installation quick and tidy and even posted out a handle that I bought and forgot in-store! Highly recommended.

I sent a quote request through to Canoe and Kayak HBC for some roof racks for my Fathers Birthday Present. Sam came back within 24 hours and was so helpful. Not only did he help me with choosing the correct racks, he let me bring my Dad into the store to pick the finer details out like colours etc and fitted them to my Dad's car straight away. Excellent customer experience. We bought a Kayak and a roof-rack + the installation. Super friendly staff. I feel they are honest people passionate about kayaking. Price: competitive compare to the concurrence, It would have cost us more and we will have bought more useless things by DIY for the roofrack. Owner share his experience with us, advice us for free. Roof-rack installation is very clean, we got some free extra to match our needs. I can't tel you something negative about them. Thank you very much we will come back if we need something else!
