   I just need to share about the amazing service and warm welcome I got at the Porirua Johnny Bigg store located in North City. I cannot rave enough about the service given by Alliyah from entering the store. I was getting a few outfits for my uncle and she went above and beyond. Aliyah was constantly running out the back to get more sizes and ensuring we were going to be happy with our purchases. To be honest without her service I probably wouldn't have spent so much. I will definitely be back. Johnny Bigg is now my go to shop for the men in my whānau. Thank you Alliyah and Duey! Johnny Bigg you have amazing staff.

   I stopped in today to pick up a couple of shirts and was very impressed with the outstanding customer service. The gentleman behind the counter was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and created a genuinely positive experience. It’s refreshing to be greeted with such professionalism and warmth. Highly recommend this store for both its quality products and its excellent service

   We are regular customers of this store, but unfortunately the customer service has noticeably declined over the past year. Staff often appear more focused on chatting with each other, looking at their phones, or socialising rather than assisting customers. The store itself is frequently untidy, with boxes and stock left lying around, broken changing room doors, and very little proactive support from staff. The atmosphere is also unpleasant, with the music blaring at a level more suited to a nightclub than a retail store. Considering that Johnny Bigg is not a low-cost retailer, customers rightly expect a higher standard of service and presentation. I strongly encourage management to revisit expectations and address these issues before loyal customers start looking elsewhere.

   Duey is the man! Absolute legend, I’ve never been made to feel so welcome and comfortable in a retail store in NZ, especially for us bigger guys clothes shopping is not always a fun experience but he made the whole experience awesome

   The service was amazing. It would be 5 stars for that but... I spent $120 on a shirt that fit perfectly in the store, I bought it home and washed it, it shrank 2 sizes and is now unwearable. I'll go back to warehouse shirts, they don't do that.

   We had wonderful service here not so long ago, when they first opened. We bought a couple of pairs of shoes as I was unsure of the correct size. Kept one and took one back, no problem. Really helpful. Going back for more!
