I visited rugs and more 2-3 times to check their collection and compare the prices. I finally bought rugs from here. Honestly, my experience here was so good. The staff here is very helpful and knowledgeable, helps by going above and beyond to find the right rug for the space. I got a genuine deal for my rugs. Highly recommend.
Review for Rugs and More I recently visited Rugs and More to purchase a rug for my living room. Before buying, I explained to the staff that I wasn’t sure which size would be best. The staff assured me that I could exchange the rug for a different size if needed. Trusting this information, I made a purchase. However, when I brought the rug home, it was far too small for my space. When I returned to the store to request a refund, I was shocked to be told that they do not offer refunds. This was completely contrary to the information on their website, which stated a 15-day return policy. My plan wasn’t to get a refund initially; I just wanted to make sure the rug fit my space and then potentially buy another one. However, the rug I bought was too small, and I felt deceived by the misleading information provided by the staff and the website. To make matters worse, I was informed that even if I wanted to exchange the rug, they would charge a 25% restocking fee. This was never mentioned during my initial visit. It’s clear that they are only after your money and not interested in providing genuine customer service. This experience has been extremely frustrating. I feel misled and disappointed by the false assurances given by the staff. On top of that, it was a complete waste of time and energy. I had to haul the rug back and forth, only to be denied a refund. The whole ordeal has been incredibly inconvenient and exhausting. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with Rugs and More. Their return policy is not as straightforward as they claim, the staff provides misleading information, and they will cut 25% of your money if you change your mind. Save yourself the hassle and avoid wasting your time and energy with this company. They are not helpful and are just after your money. Feel free to adjust or add any details as needed!
Our experience is as follows We entered the shop Friday morning, from the get go the woman talked at us continuously and we couldn’t discuss anything. We had very specific requirements and she kept telling us we were wrong. We got railroaded into a rug we just didn’t want. She convinced us to “ take it home on Appro” She told us we could take it home to try it and she wouldn’t charge us for it then and there. She told us we had till 5pm Saturday to return it and after that she would put the sale through. We took it home, it really looked aweful and we did not like it as the colour was so wrong and the pattern did not go with anything (all be it she said she highly recommended it as it was perfect) NOT! We took it back to the shop by 9;30am Saturday. She said she would cancel the payment. When we checked our bank feed we found she had put the payment through on our Visa ON FRIDAY, she completely lied to us.. It took multiple phone calls to get my point through, when my wife called her initially he denied she had said that the payment would be put on hold. It took a male with the courage of his convictions to get through to them, even then they still denied that the payment had gone through. I had a live bank feed on my phone saying otherwise, she still denied it and called me a liar for saying that they had put the payment through. After many calls I finally got my money refunded. My advice, be very very careful in dealing with them. Personally I will never step foot in that shop ever again.

Good range of carpets, rugs and décor items. Very different collection and prices to suit every budget. The sales person Gargi is amazing to deal with and is knowledgeable and helpful. We got some great staging ideas from her and she suggested the right carpet for the right location. Very happy with our purchase and would recommend to visit them.
We had the most fabulous experience with Gargi at your Westgate branch when purchasing 6 rugs last weekend. We found Gargi to be helpful, knowledgeable and very efficient. There was a good choice of rugs and the sale prices were very good. Delivery was as promised and the gentlemen who delivered was well mannered and helpful. Purchased a rug, when we got home it had tears in the backing some of which came through to the front creating a trip hazard. We returned to the store asking first to exchange -they didn’t have stock- so we asked for a refund. They said they don’t refund, not their policy. I stated it was my right under consumer guarantees that if a product is defective I am entitled to refund. They declined even rang manger Who also declined Saying it’s not their policy, I could wait over a week for a replacement. DONT recommend- they sell below average quality and won’t respect your rights as a consumer. I have requested a chargeback on my credit card!
The girls were so helpful and very patient with my order. I now have a beautiful wall to wall carpet in rug form, all edged and made to order and odd measurements. Thank you, it looks fabulous.
Huge range of rugs. Great prices and very helpful staff. Great exchange policy where if you get a rug and take it home to find it doesn't suit your house you can come back and swap it. Would be good if they had more of a range of silk rugs though. Nice big space with plenty of parking.
