   Organised an empty 20ft container to be delivered from Dairy Flat to Glenfield. Discussed on phone about requirement for Hiab not swing lift as entrance is tight but previous container delivered and dropped off down driveway by CRS with no major issues only 6 months ago. Get a call from driver on the day asking me where I want it dropped as they cant get down the driveway so it's left up top on neighbors property. I have now had to book another container delivery company, who after sending them photos of access they said 'If it's been done before they can do it again' that is going to cost roughly the same as I paid just to get the container here due to the distance they have to travel. Biggest waste of $300, will never use again, and would recommend potential future customers to focus on reviews rather than price and look elsewhere!
