Just wasted 17.00 on a 5kg bag of Agria potatoes. Several totally rotten, two were white mush, the rest wet and covered in dirt, or chunks of wet mud. Got just enough for one meal. Obviously packed while wet. Very poor effort Fruit World.
Often the fruit and veg are rotten. Pretty average quality.
I like this place. Produce is always fresh and of a good quality. A admittedly a bit more expensive than pak n save but always have lovely fruit and vege
The boss here is super rude, overheard him the other day shouting at his employees super loudly, heard that the work ethics and environment is extremely bad. No wonder they keep getting new staff. Yeah stuff here may be cheap/fresh but bringing my business elsewhere, cannot stand these people who are rude and mean to others. Would give this place 0 stars if I could. The employees honestly have it bad with this kind of boss.

Seem to have had a change of staff. They are actually friendly and smile. Have started coming back here now that the current staff are pleasant. Despite good prices I never came back here but now, it is a pleasure to shop. The produce always looks fresh and the prices are reasonable.

This is our go to green grocer, the prices are usually really good and the quality of the produce is great. Only 4 stars for the most recent visit, they did the classic raise price of Christmas favorites, thw strawberries in particular, 5.99 for a small punnet of old bruised strawberries. We need up going for a 5 minute drive to find ones much cheaper and a million times better quality. They were definitely playing on the strawberry supply panic.
