   We had booked 2 coaches for a festival out of town. The owner /driver was very stressed when he arrived and kept shouting at us when we asked for the cool air on. He then parked on a blind corner so the cars behind had to overtake and cross the solid white line. When we told him this was not a safe place to stop he again shouted at us. Coming home it was very coastic as there were coaches everywhere and the event was not well oganised for pick up. However when I called to give the owner updates o where we were stood he again was very abusive and I put him on speaker so the group could hear. To the point where a few in the group didn't want to go back with him. He also got stuck in a ditch. I can see he has some good reviews but maybe that is for regular trips he knows well rather than one off events which have lots of change, whcih can be stressful. He did however prior to the event get us a coach which would fit in an extra person each for the same price.

   Lovely Croatian man, who I felt safe with transporting me to domestic airport. I was quite surprised he turned up in a run down car, and not a proper van or modern car, he is $10 cheaper than super shuttle service charging $60 for the area I lived in, but then charged me $70 on drop off, only to call and apologize for over charging me. It was a nice experience overall, but I'd probably for comfort and my standards of transportation go with super shuttle. Sorry.

   Booked a private airport shuttle in NZ and driver didn’t show up through Shuttle Excellence which made me late for my business meeting. Over an hour late then a replacement driver was arranged from the original driver and not Shuttle Excellence. Constant phone calls back and forth, had me going in and out of the airport telling me the driver was outside each time but wasn’t so had to go back inside once again. As soon as I got in the car I received a phone call telling me I had to pay the driver money, I replied with I’ve already paid for shuttle and you can discuss it with the original driver or Shuttle Excellence. The return vehicle was very old, really dirty, a smelly unhygienic aircon, couldn’t open the windows and owner of Shuttle Excellence was extremely rude, yelling at me over the phone. I received approximately 10% partial refund only which was arranged through Jayride. Worst experience I’ve had and will never use them again.

   I have used Miro’s service fortnightly for 8 years. He always arrives early and is waiting with a smile. He knows the fastest routes but always drives safely. Despite being a shuttle service, it is uncommon to share the service with other travellers, at least at the hours I travel. I would not hesitate to recommend Miro whether it be for simple airport transfer or for a guided tour of the northern part of New Zealand.
