We got ditched bij an other taxi. Called them and they picked us up within 15 min. We had 2 big bike boxes with us, all no problem. Very helpful and friendly!
Highly recommend! Had a 6am flight with a 2:30am pick up. Steve found my house at the bottom of the drive way being a few minutes early. Put my bags in the shuttle, easy drop off. Would use this service again.
Service wonderful my plane was 3 hours late so arrived in the middle of the night. - wonderful driver Stephen even out my bags inside for me - it was about 3am and he still had to do across the city to his home - thanks very much

Our departure time was early hours of the morning and Norman arrived on time and kept us going with great conversation.On our return the flight which was also in the early hours of the morning was delayed by an hour , the driver kept in contact with us and was at arrivals waiting. I would definitely recommend Shore Shuttles for prompt professional and friendly service.

Totally Awesome Service We used Shore Shuttles for the third time on Friday and the standard of service has never wavered. Norm and his crew are highly motivated to provide outstanding service. They are friendly, courteous and on time. I notice there are some negative reviews on here, and while there will always be the rare occasion where things don’t go to plan, don’t be so quick to give a bad review, just take a deep breath and think before you let loose. With Auckland traffic, flight changes, and the plethora of things that can go wrong, with a logistical service like this, it’s incredible every time things do go smoothly. So if you have had amazing service, give these guys an amazing review. If you are having a bad day and everything is not perfect just take that deep breath and be thankful that there are shuttle services, like Shore Shuttles available - have a nice day - Peter Ware
