I was anxious and overwhelmed on top of the fact I hadnt been in bra shop in 10 years but they made it easy, they were so understanding and made no judgement. Very happy, thank you.

   I shopped at Bendon Silverdale this morning. I do not enjoy any sort of shopping but this experience was great. I came out with 2 bras and a smile, feeling well cared for. I'd like to do all my shopping there but I guess that won't work.

   I had one of the most amazing visits about a year ago. I returned a few days ago and had the most awful experience. The women that 'helped' me asked me for my bra size, told me I wasn't correct and said I looked much bigger than what size I had told her. Her tone and choice of words made me feel suffocated and uncomfortable, which is not a feeling any women wants to feel trying on bras. She opened the curtain multiple times without a warning while I was changing. She had said a few times she doesn't care if I like the bra itself. Ontop of all of that she was whispering to her co-worker about customers changing about their body, size etc (was all negative). She had left me not wanting to buy anything. I felt un-welcomed and disrespected and will not be coming back.

   It takes me almost an hour to visit this outlet, but I'll keep going back. The staff are fantastic and so helpful from the time you step foot in the door until the time you leave. Their range of bras for big breasted women is amazing. I cannot praise this shop enough! I will be back again. Thanks ladies for making my experience so memorable every time I visit your shop. I hate shopping for bras at the best of times, however you make that experience less stressful and hassle free!

   Had the best experience shopping here this morning. Staff (Deb especially!) we’re extremely friendly and unbelievably helpful. I was fitted for all sport, work and play bras and out the door in under an hour but was never made to feel like I was a job. I will never shop anywhere else for underwear.
