   Arrived just before opening time of 9.00am closed sign on front door. Rang a hand written contact number left on inside window to be informed by a young women she would be there at 9.30am. Called women back at 9.45am to be advised that she would be a further 8 minutes away. The women finally arrived just before 10am as if there was no issue at all and an attitude of normal practice arriving an hour after opening time. Very disappointed with receiving no apology for making myself and another elderly gentleman wasting an hour of our time. Really poor service and a very average haircut

   Big warning.....guys please dont go at this place they are not professional at all .they dont even know how to make a hair cut or beard trimming and shapping. I went there on saturday morning and i had worst experience. Got my beard uneven trimmed.

   Went for a simple beard trim and they couldn't even do it right - number 2 asked for - ended up giving me a 0 patch on a part of my beard! Couldn't even perform a simple beard trim properly and what's more is they are not clean at all - nothing is sterilized and just put bare on Yue table no mate underneath either. Would warn to stay away

   Came in midday for a quick cut, left quite disappointed as the haircut was terrible. My sideburns were left very uneven and my original style was more or less destroyed. The middle-aged woman barber who is also the owner was extremely rude as well. After going back and showing her my botched haircut she didn't even offer an apology or refund, she asked me to sit back down so that she could repair my hair. When I rejected her offer she threw a slew of insults at me so I quickly left the store and went on my way. I will never be going back there again. This is a throwaway account, I never leave negative reviews, but I feel this is the right thing to do.
