Second time coming here after trying a few lash places and I've loved them every time. I requested the Natural Fairy Set which Amy did both times, and it turned out amazing. After the first time, I received lots of compliments, so I went back for my birthday set. The staff is super friendly and accommodating and I appreciated their compliments.
So happy with my results! These ladies are so professional and actually know what they are doing. My daughter recommended them to me because I have always struggled to find someone to tint my eyebrows and give them a nice shape, but the lady at lash n brow (sorry I forgot to get your name) achieved exactly what i wanted. My lashes were also perfect no pain, didn't even have watery eyes at the end. I also like how they consult with you first not just about length and fullness but also the curl and shape of the lashes (Doll eye is my new favourite shape). Anyway thank you so much and I will 100% be back again!

I love the workplace it’s comfortable. First time I did my lashes was perfect with Lisa. Perfect length and style for my eyes. The second time, it was a different technician. Honestly she did okay. Just that one corner of my right eye wasn’t full as I expected. But I’m grateful. Thank you ladies for all your hard work
Thank you to the beautiful Zhi who looked after me on Thursday 24/08 11:30 appointment. I am heavily pregnant and have only been here throughout my pregnancy for refills or new sets and have been treated with the absolute best customer service. Throughout my pregnancy I am offered cushions to support me and bubs while on the side, helping hand to hop on and off the bed and help myself to the lollies on the waiting table :) I highly recommend this place if you are pregnant or just in general looking for a A+ service. All staff have looked after me while being a regular and I am impressed. Thank you gals I will bring bubs in to meet yous!
1hr lash appt took 2 hrs, heavily pregnant so the extra hour really sucked. She must have been inexperienced because she was VERY slow. She glued a lot of my lashes to my bottom lid so when she finished, she spent another 10minutes trying to unstick them, tugging and pulling some of my lashes out which hurt. My eyes were super red and stingy. I went home with a spot of very obvious black lash glue on my top eye lid which took a few days to come off. Wouldn't come back
I had a half set of lash extensions with Chloe. She was gentle and polite. I had a full set done by another salon 2 years ago which were too itchy, but these ones are much better - perhaps because of being half as many lashes, or maybe the work is better this time. So far so good, and the lashes are a natural glamour look.
Was my first time having brows and lash lift done. Left super happy with the results! Really nice ladies working there and relaxing environment. Will definitely be back! :)
My first time getting eyelash extensions for my wedding. I got silk extensions natural half set. They did a good job but it's not as natural looking as i would of liked. I think for first time customers wanting natural, then go for the shortest ones available. i got the medium as my lashes are quite naturally long
