   Parnell branch Needed a last minute bouquet delivered on the outskirts of Auckland and Flowers after Hours was the florist for the job. They did an absolutely beautiful job and they were extremely patient and accommodating with me. I made an error with the address but they sorted it out for me. 10/10 for product and service.

   Lady on the phone when ordering the flowers was nice… but what was delivered was the poorest looking flowers I’ve ever seen. Half of them were dead or wilting and delivered in what looked like a paper cup with the plastic bag over them. I paid $150 including delivery… so probably about $130 total for the bunch from Parnell FAH for my mother. I actually could not believe the state the flowers were delivered in. Some of the stems were snapped. And while this may have happened during the delivery, this does not account for the wilted snap dragons and greenery. The bunch was made up only 1-2 hours before they were delivered and arrived in this state. When I sent an email to complain I was offered only $60 credits off my next bunch. The bunch I paid for $130! Apparently there were some expensive flowers in the bunch that looked ok… however, I did not ask for half a bunch of expensive flowers and half a bunch of dead/broken flowers. I asked for $60 to be refunded to my account not as store credit as I will not be ordering from here again.

   Lunn Ave New World Branch We walked in on 24 Nov 2024 and placed an order for 10 Dec 2024. We told the lady our colour preference, budget and pointed out a style of the bouquet I wanted. We paid in advance and when we went to pick up on the 10th, the same lady was there and said there was no order for today. She looked through her orders and found that she put the wrong date—24 Dec. I don’t know if this was an issue with the language barrier but she never gave us an order confirmation so the only receipt that we had was the payment through New World. She quickly made the bouquet but it was not in the style we had pointed out when we first ordered. If you decide that u want to order a bouquet from here, make sure you get a written note and confirm all the details.

   My girl friend had a pretty traumatic surgery. I ordered flowers late in the afternoon for delivery the next morning. I ordered flowers nearly $200 in value in total. I did not receive any feedback and I had to keep following up and then I had to ask someone else to follow up as to ensure they delivered the flowers. Eventually the flowers were delivered to the home of intended, as they were so late they missed her at the hospital. There was zero service recovery and little to no apology. For a business that is called Flowers After Hours - this is definitely in name only not in spirit. No i would not recommend them especially for anything very important to you.

   I wished I can choose no star for this shop. Very disappointed with the flowers and services. Order some flowers for my partner graduation a day before. Next day when I was picking up my flowers, they still doing other people’s order and mine one haven’t start. What’s the point of pre-order????They spend 5 mins to finish my flowers, and hand me the flowers that not even worth the money I paid. To be honest it is the worst flowers that I had in my life. Give me all leafs and little bit of ugly flowers. No idea what those staffs were doing. Never come back again!!!!

   Whipped in here on way to hospital at 7:30pm and they still had lots of options to choose from! Beautiful arrangement options and some even come in water so you don’t have to stress.
