   Quoted on phone $91, arrived at destination and had to pay $135. The vehicle had a rumbling wheel bearing. Absolutely embarrassing, no wonder everyone recommends using uber, which I will use from now on

   I have no problem with the drivers and phone dispatch. The drivers are fantastic. The operating hours aren't 24/7 as I tried to get a taxi last night at 9 pm. I was told that the last driver had finished up for the night. 5⭐️ for the drivers and dispatch. If you're going to claim 24/ 7, then stand by your claim. That’s all I ask.

   Phoned to book a taxi for one of our patients. Guy on the phone was extremely rude as I asked for a car not a van as that is what the patient requested. He then proceeded to hang up on me after speaking in an awful tone. Would not recommend this taxi service.

   I visited to taxi united company for my kid school bus but the lady who is sitting in reception is very rude . She is old lady and when i asked her that is there any possibility to pick and drop my kid to school via your taxi then she said it is your responsibility not us and even though she told me that i don't know who are you wjich is very rude for me .

   Absolutely disappointing. Received a text saying 5.30am pick up and it's 7.22am and I'm still waiting. My dialysis started at 7am so now I'm going to be going into the next person's time. Disappointing and frustrating to say the less. Do better or give back to Co Op Taxi.

   3 stars because the wait times can be long and their services are basically non-existent during school-run hours (7.30-9 & 2.30-3.30). Other than that, friendly local drivers providing good driving service.

   Sometimes you have to go back to basics. It is so frustrating trying to use Uber or other taxi companies sometimes, and they don’t have a maxi vans. Some taxi companies drivers picks and chooses which rides they should take? So frustrating. So when I needed the confidence that my family can get to the airport on time and have a taxi that can fit all our luggage, I just rang United taxis. Thank you, United Taxi.    Sometimes they are unavailable which is Rats but otherwise lovely service Only 1 driver over charges or tries going long directions to make me pay more but I'm outspoken so I give him directions. 3x drivers are spot on and reasonable prices too. Great service I receive from most drivers.
