Great customer service from the guy in Parnell today. But goodness - no carry bag! I’m left with the choice of either not purchasing my bottle or putting it in my handbag and have to clutch it to my chest with both hands as I walk all the way home. Seriously?!? Even the supermarkets have heavy-duty cloth bags with handles available. You could even design a slimmer one with a partition down the middle. It’s not rocket science. Come on Glengarry, don’t just sell-and-forget, sell a carry bag too!!

Great service. Just went in with my husband to get a bottle of red for our neighbor. Explained what we needed and asked for help picking. The guy there had great knowledge, a really excellent attitude and was super helpful. The store of course looks nice and clean but we would expect that for the area, what really impressed us was the service. Top notch!
Nice and clean store, friendly and knowledgeable person at the counter who explained things in an easy to understand manner for someone who has barely any knowledge on alcohol and was buying as a gift. Walked out happy and appreciated the assistance. Missed out on getting 5 stars as the product purchased was $15 more than another retailer for the exact same item.
Walked in this afternoon to buy a couple of bottles of champers. The music being played was violent, derogatory and incredibly foul-mouthed. Advised the attendant I thought it was an interesting choice of music to be playing in a retail store. Won't be going back.
Fantastic selection of wines, and even craft beers. The gentlemen working were very informative, and pleasant. Beautiful layout and great location. I am sure it will fastly become my local spirits shop!
