    As a regular, it is disappointing to see the customer service has decayed since the recent change of ownership. Staff member was pretty rude when I asked why I needed ID to buy a can of coke. Proceeded to yell at me as I left the store after I told him I thought the rule was silly. Have had similar experiences here trying to buy a bottle of water. Both times I hadn't even looked at, let alone try to purchase, any alcohol (or else I would have brought my ID in with me). Only bottle shop where I've encountered this issue. Won't be supporting them any more.
