   I was visiting Auckland, as i'm from London and so a little apprehensive to have my haircut by someone new. On my wife's advice, I did and am so grateful that i listened. Micheal was amazing. I showed him a picture, and he had pretty much cut my hair exactly as I wanted. Plus, he was kind enough to even make my unruly beard look presentable. The haircut was honestly better than my usual hairstylist in London, who charges me far more than at this place. So I'm gutted that I can't go back whenever I need a trim. Honestly, it's a no brainer check it out for a men's haircut, and you won't be dossapointed.

   Love the haircut!! But the lady on blow out and stying BURNT my hair! Loved the cut so told my boss to go, again great haircut but hair is so badly burnt by the hairdryer it is broken and frazzled and straighteners can’t stop the broken bits sticking up!!!! Her hair is all over the place and so damaged!!! Maybe get the cut and ask for no STYLING Steam was pouring off my hair on blow out and I have never had that before and neither has she and my MIL is a hairdresser. We are now purchasing hair repair masks but love the cut…..hair is broken!

   Went in for 1/2 head foils, cut, toner and straightened hair. I have curly frizzy unruly islander hair and massive regrowth (2-3 years of last full head foils from else where) Left absolutely amazed. I have not been this happy with my hair for a long time. Walked out feeling happy and very satisfied with their service. I am definitely going back. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else to get my hair done.

   I was very disappointed with their service. Michael did not deliver what I expected. He charged me $230 for full head but the end product was so disgusting. It didn’t even feel like he had worked on my hair. I looked better when I walked into the salon. Please do your research before you walk in here

   Not fun. I was stuck there for over three hours just to get a blonde ombre. I was given the trainee hairdresser who took way longer than necessary to bleach while doing someone else's hair, then used too much toner and turned my hair grey, then slowly fixed it. Mistakes happen and I tried to be patient - but I spent so long lying back over the sink that my body was seizing with pain and my head actually went numb! I was so upset that I just smiled and filled their form and got out of there. I wish I had stood up for myself or that the owners had actually offered a discount for my inconvenience, even without hearing about my discomfort. I didn't feel cared for at all.
