   I actually love the food portions here the only thing I would recommend is to make your dishes less sweet especially the sweet and sour ones. Otherwise, yummy!!!

   We could not order food as the shelf were on lunch although there was enough food items in the trays to serve. Will rather have a McDonald's burger then ordering food from Katsubi

   Was delicious. Got the larg bowl and still have over half left. Its fulfilling cause it has 3 selections of meat. I do prefer more salad then selection of meat though. Next time I'll just stick to the small bowl.

   Today I had a catering order which Uber eat canceled it last minute, it was nightmare for me and I can't forgive Uber eat for that heart attack. I jumped to Katsubi, they were very friendly and helpful. They served me very quick, food was very nice and the customer service was great. I highly recommended.

   The single meal for $18, one meat and salad was way too small. Not value for money. I ended up buying a big mac next door to fill my empty tummy.

   I too am suprised at the reviews posted so have decided to post this. Ordered 2 Red bowls around 10.30am Friday 6th Jan, store wasnt busy and there was plenty of food choices , staff were very friendly. Pricing could be seen as expensive at $23.99 for a large (3 meat choices) and $16.99 for a single meat choice but portion sizes were very generous. I wish I had taken pictures of the dishes as both bowls were overflowing with meat and both bowls had to be taken home to eat later on. I was so impressed by Katsumi West City that I searched online for other Katsumi locations only to read really poor reviews.

   Katusbi has always been my got to go food at Henderson mall. Never disappointed me. Just a little overprice but that will never stop me from buying it. All the staffs have been amazing.

   The service here is the best service I had in this mall. The food is delicious and convenient. I’m just so happy that there is a business in this mall that provides normal customer service. It also seems to be the most edible thing in this mall. Well done Katsubi!! Thank you for the amazing service!!
