Great service, super friendly staff and so easy to have Covid and Flu vaccines done. Totally recommend to everyone locally especially Hillsborough Heights Village residents.
I was surprised to be charged for my prescription, considering that public subsidies have made most prescriptions free in NZ since July 2023. I’ve used this pharmacy multiple times and am a known Auckland resident, so I didn’t expect this to happen. To their credit, the staff refunded me when I raised it — and were very polite. But I’d encourage the team to ensure prescriptions are processed under the correct (public) subsidy scheme by default, especially for regular customers. It would help avoid confusion or stress for others in similar situations.
Probably wouldn't trust their pharmacist's professional opinions since they reckon forcing infection on disabled people in healthcare settings is "exciting" and "great news"
I have come to this pharmacy for several years and have never had any issues, however the new woman working on the shop floor is very rude, she should be told how to communicate with respect. Next time my family and I won't be kind to her if we are disrespected in any way, there are several other pharmacies with excellent service that we can go to.
awful attention. very rude, you have no respect for the people who serve and need help. They lie with the products and medicine that I need. Third visit to get my prescription and they didn't have the full prescription, he lies about the rest of the medicine and then hands me the missing medicine. lying and omitting my questions. the first time he wants to charge me more almost 200 dollars for a free medicine. the very rude girl does not attend or speak, but you shout from the back table
It was very nice experience. I must say the vaccination drive was swift and smooth. I think there was a staff member (a young man) who was very kind and polite and he was making sure that everyone gets vaccine without any interrupt. Thanks mate for your efforts. Really appreciate.
Providing an excellent service during this covid time. I have been there multiple times and everytime their customer service is amazing. I must say, one of the staff I remember his name, Rushikesh is doing tremendous work. Thank you again for your help while I came to you for vaccination. Thanks.
