   Terrible customer service. My friend was yelled at in the parking lot by the man running the shop because he wanted to pick up his food from the next door takeaway bar prior to buying his alcohol. He also was hitting on his car window…. Super rude and a bit scary

   Just across the road from De Grand (incase you forget your BYO wine). Cleanskin slightly above preferred price, but the service was worth the markup. Added entertainment due to the possibly locked door. (it was not locked)

   If I could leave 0 stars I would. Extremely rude customer service. I would never waste my money here again. I don't usually write reviews and when I do it's usually positive because I had a great experience. WELL let me leave my first negative feedback on my experience with these horrible staff members. So the main man who works here is an Indian man in his 40's. Everytime I come here he is working and standing around out the front of the shop on his phone. I usually come here to collect my takeaway from across the road and then come and buy my alcohol so I park in the customer car park to go grab my food then come into the store. TODAY I went to do the same thing. Park in the customer park run across to grab my food and walk back to grab my alcohol. When I was walking back to my car to put my food in it before heading into buy my drinks the same indian man that always works here very rudely yelled at me and told me off for parking there saying that it doesn't belong to the takeaways. I then replied but I was coming to buy alcohol so...? He didn't apologise and made a point to watch me the whole time I was in my car to see if I would come buy from his store. Another customer even walked into the store but this indian man made it his mission to intimidate me and chose to stand outside on his phone and let the customer wonder around the store not even offering to help the customer or serve him when he was ready to purchase his alcohol. He was SO RUDE ABOUT IT that I felt intimidated and pressured to continue my purchase at the liquor store. At that moment I decided to leave in my car and go. As I was driving off he started to record me on his phone without my consent and as a women I felt very violated, intimidated and humilated by the horrible man. AS a woman I think they way I was treated today was disgusting and very disrespectful. I know he was recording me because his phone was following the direction of where I was heading. I am writing this review because I want to warn all women and everyone else out there that you should stay away from this liquor store. And that this man is a horrible human being.
