   5 Stars for Ablaze Firewood. Great service. Brad & the team are easy to deal with. Really helpful over the phone. Firewood delivered next day by 7.0am, up a really narrow tricky driveway, & dropped right outside the garage, which saved us a lot of time as we don't need to shift it up the drive by hand. The split wood is great size, and good and dry, and burns really well. Form enquiry to delivery, top notch service. We will definitely be going back to Ablaze in the future.

   We were really happy with them, your order delivered in an hour on a Saturday and you're off and going. Until we placed an order for some softifall playground chips and what showed up did not match the description or images on their website. What arrived within an hour and was dumped on the street was splinters of particle board, shredded pallets, cardboard and what seems a general mess or whatever rubbish they could run through a chipper, obviously neither graded nor tumbled. Not what you want for your children's play area. We complained, they tried to deliver another load that seemingly had some of the more egregious parts taken out but was still not as described. The gentleman refused to take away what was dumped, quarreled over the phone. One of these supercilious individuals who condescends to saying "We were given two ears and one mouth which means we should listen twice as much as we speak." All the while not allowing you to get a word in and lecturing you on it's sometimes like that, complaining about his wasted time? Getting irate because you speaking is an interruption and using that as an excuse to hang up. This petulant man proceeded to answer further calls with curt replies before one could speak and hang up. 13 times by my call log. More times with ringing out. Eventually when answered and allowed to speak, minus the aggressive mantra of "Send an email, send an email", while not hearing the question of "What is your email address?" It was agreed to refund. Which as one could foresee, never happened. See pictures, one they advertise, the other they deliver. A rip off where a complaint is seen as a problem, not the bad product. Left both out of pocket and with a mess to clean up.

   We ordered 4 cubes of pine and gum a month ago and Ablaze delivered it the next day. I'm very happy with the quality of the wood - its mostly ready to burn and it split easily (wasn't too knotty). The staff were lovely to deal with.

   Ordered two cubes of shed stored douglas fir after hours Thursday and it was here middle of the day Friday. It's mid-winter and the wood is good to go straight away, though will improve with airing I'm sure. No rot, no muck, and very little dross. Some decent sized logs too, which is very welcome.

   Picked up beautful dark compost filled with happy worms which is always a good sign, staff helpful and efficient and best of all the garden looks instantly tidy as well as knowing we are nourishing the plants. Easy large yard to manage with trailer and easy access onto and off motorway makes this a very easy place to shop.

   Although great service and delivery I have become fairly disappointed with my first order of shed stored pine from Ablaze. A few pieces are unlikely to be burnable until 2024, and most of it will only be good for 2023. Means I have to pick through the wood to find dry burnable stuff. Even when I split some of the smaller bits, you can see how wet it is. It has definitely made me considering getting a moisture meter in the future so I can just reject loads when they are delivered.
