   I visited back in June while in town for a wedding and was hoping to check the place out for the bouquets. I stood at the front for several minutes but wasn’t greeted or acknowledged, and the lady working looked at me and then walked to the back without saying anything. Visiting from Australia, I’ve always heard great things about Kiwi hospitality, so this experience was a bit unexpected. I ended up leaving without getting the chance to ask about pricing, because I felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I’m writing this review now, hoping this is something to be improved for future customers. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of appearance. A simple hello or some acknowledgment would’ve made a big difference.

   My mum passed away last weekend and my work colleagues sent me flowers from Mangere Floral Studio. This is a very tough time for us but I felt a little better when the delivery man handed me the beautiful bouquet with a big smile, saying “For Michelle”. I’ve been to the shop before and always been amazed with the beautiful flower arrangements and the lovely owner. Thank you team!

   My boys were so disappointed for what they paid for after picking up on Mother's Day. They pre-ordered it with their dad and the store said it looked bigger but on the day a small pot in a big container. I love the thought from my boys but totally understand their disappointment. $70 for what? UPDATE: Have since change rating since the store made contact to rectify and I thank you. But even the look on another customers face when they saw what we got and the price the boys paid said it all.
