   I had this company come today to do a deep clean. Buyer beware is all I can say. I paid a lot of money for a less then average clean. It was supposed to be a deep clean. But as per other reviews they rushed through, missed areas, left, dust and dirt. They tried to finish in 2 hours and then expected I would pay the same amount and they tried to charge extra for outside windows when they were in that time. I gave them a chance to correct and showed them what I was not happy with, but they didn't fix, one off the guys actually just got a tissue and wiped up some dust on the floor instead of getting out the mop. I had to remove after they left and my sponge on my steam mop was black. They charged me $320.00 it was a complete rip off. Please do not use you will be disappointed. They also have very substandard equipment not proper cleaning equipment at all, so should not be changing $50 per hour.

   I did ask for a residential cleaning but the cleaners believed they were coming in for a move out clean. I had no qualms, as perhaps I thought this misunderstanding may be my own fault for not double checking and clarifying. They cleaned the house in roughly 1.45 hours. By clean, I mean they did the inside windows of the house and vacuumed the bedrooms and living area, bathroom and toilet were done nicely, I helped a lot with cleaning the kitchen. I don’t think they even touched the laundry room. The kitchen - I moved everything out of the cupboards, however, when after they cleaned it, I did a once over and saw that they hadn’t even wiped the thing properly so I had to do even THAT myself. I moved more stuff out of the way so that they could wipe the bench properly, because honestly, I felt like if I didn’t then they wouldn’t have taken the initiative to do it themselves. All in all, not a very good clean for the $280 paid. I just wanted a decent job done and I was a little disappointed. I could’ve saved the money and done a better job myself. Thanks anyway, I hate cleaning the bathroom.

   Be aware of this company!!!!!!!!!!!!! Neither they have expertise nor are they willing to do a good job. They arrived two hours late then asked me to transfer whole amount before starting which I did, as they knew no one is going to pay after such an unsatisfactory job. We booked them for deep cleaning. They charged us $350. They did carpet cleaning with (so called) steam which just made my carpet wet not even a single stain was removed. They left several parts of wall and floor untouched, When I called them and asked about all the stuff, he replied it was dirty that’s why he didn’t clean it (no one ask professional cleaning if everything is neat and clean). Then I sent him photos, he promised me to come other day. As expected he didn’t show up. Since that day I am trying to contact him but to no use. We have to hire another company to finish cleaning as were moving out of the house which cost us another $300. Reply to owner's justification: Sir I think you need to see your quote again, walls were included cleaning of range hood was also included. Secondly, you guys promised to come other day to fix it but you stopped attending my phone. Any justification? How other company clean carpet walls and range hood in $300. Today I see your all other negative reviews which are almost same as mine.

   We used home essential cleaning to clean our house before being tenanted. Based on the fact that they were young and were entrepreneurs we wanted to give them a chance to offer their services to us. We are very disappointed. One of their employees asked my wife at 8:30pm if they could come at 7am instead of 8am the next morning. We said we couldn't make it that early because of our puppy, and he came in at 8am and was rushing to get out. There were so many places that were not cleaned and thier defence was that the items were moved so we didn't clean!!! Also they took pictures of our house before and after without even asking us. Very poor service and would not use them again.

   We had Raj come to our place to do a moving out clean up. We were not very impressed by his cleaning. He was in a rush to go to some other place for cleaning. He said that it would take him up to 3 hours to finish cleaning. But he finished it in approx 1.45 hours. He did not clean our bathroom properly. However the bath tub was cleaned well. Happy about that. Until I went and moved the sofa he did not take any initiative to move the sofa and vacuum it there. He might say that he is giving you at a discounted price but that is certainly not true. There are many other cleaning companies that are giving the same price and could potentially do a better job. I have taken pics and sent it to him, it was near the window area and not the window but he said that he doesn’t do windows as per our contract. We had our kettle and a few things on one of our shelves his wife who was also cleaning did not clean it and his response for that was you should remove everything, I was right there in the house and requested them to let me know if there is something that has to be removed. However, I would not recommend them for any future cleaning. I wish him luck and hope he gets better in his services
