   Really solid experience here. Pizza came out hot and fresh, good amount of crisp and didn’t feel heavy at all. Everything tasted on point. Also just wanted to mention one of the staff working tonight she was really friendly and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. Small interactions like that genuinely make a difference, especially after a long day. The vibe was just good overall. Would definitely come back.

   The pizza was a total disappointment. After waiting 45 minutes for the Uber Eats delivery, the crust was completely fried and greasy. Instead of being doughy or crisp, the base was brittle and snapped exactly like a pappadum. It was basically oily toppings on a dry cracker.

   Ordered over a month ago hoping for a reply before leaving a review and still yet to receive. Ordered an extra large chicken cranberry and received this abomination. No where did I state extra sauce in my order. Lad almost emptied a bottle on it. Inedible by the third bite as it’d gone completely soggy. Still yet to hear back

   Great store, great pizza. I opted for the Loaded Hawaiian pizza on a San Francisco style base and it did not disappoint! Both the pizza and wings were hot and fresh at pick up as well. 10 points to Gryffindor! Hamish Dorrington Kakapo Business Sales

   Fairly good pizzas at good prices. I like that it is so easy to view their entire menu and order online for pickup or delivery. I was staying about 5 minutes away from this location when I was in Auckland. I ordered online, left my home almost immediately, and my pizzas were ready within a few minutes after I arrived. Their menu includes options that are gluten free and vegan cheese is available, too. So 4 stars for convenience and price, but the pizzas are not absolutely the best.

   Ordered double cheese on gluten free, looks like they went for half cheese (didn't even attempt to cover to edge). Then they didn't put the bbq swirl on the second pizza that you now have to pay for. Pizza hut is OK, just don't go to this branch (not first time they have screwed up order)
