Centrally located parking garage. It's tight here, and you have to be a bit careful, but it's manageable. The stairwell, however, is very dirty, with graffiti everywhere, like in many parking garages. It has a strong smell, and you don't want to know what it smells like. But it's just a place to park, not to live.

I had manual work for two days in Wellington and took advantage of the $7 a day weekend early bird rate. Fortunately I had a small car, ( it is a tight carpark) but it was nice to not lose 20% of my wages on parking. Well done guys for actually giving some genuine value to the workers. We will support you whenever in Wellington. Also no fees for using pay wave which is another pleasant surprise.

Cheap parking, and central location to plenty of restaurants, bars and theatres. Best suited to small vehicles, quite tight parking, and narrow thoroughfare to navigate. Paying via the app is quicker and easier than waiting to pay via the only two pay machines on the ground level. Lifts service the various levels and there is a staircase too - if you have prams and kids it's probably safer to drop the whānau (family) off outside first.

As others have pointed out, this carpark used to be good value for money. The carpark itself is awkward and difficult to get into and out of, and is filthy (urine and faeces frequent the lift and stairwell) but at least it was affordable. However, recent price increases make this place not worth putting up with all the nonsense when there are more convenient, easier to navigate, and cleaner places nearby for the same rate or cheaper. Greed wins again.

After spending three years parking here, I absolutely can't stomach parking here again. I'll arrive in the morning to discover that the lift has been used as a public restroom, only to return 9 hours later to find that it's had all day to marinate with absolutely nothing having been done. Rubbish will be left in the carpark for weeks with nothing cleaned. Recently exploded styrofoam was scattered over the floor for weeks, only being removed as it slowly blew away, littering the street below. The lift frequently breaks down, and dangerously jerks up and down. The 6th level light has been broken for the entire time I've been using the park, so you'll have no way of knowing that the lift isn't coming whenever it does break down. Good luck using the stairs instead - there's vomit stains that have been there for an unbearably long time, and often all kinds of used paraphernalia abandoned on the floor. The carpark itself is a nightmare to navigate, with a carpark blocking the entrance, and a long corkscrew path that's inexplicably two-way. The entire carpark can get jammed up if a couple of cars get caught in awkward positions trying to enter/leave. All this, and they've decided to increase their prices. This place is foul and feels unsafe at night. Do not park your car here.

Super cheap! Paid just 5$ for whole day. Suitable for bigger cars as well if you’re a good driver don’t be afraid of all the reviews :)

Great easy to find location with a four minute walk to St James Theatre. Good having a petrol station just down the road and coming from the North into the city it was an easy flow of traffic on a Saturday. Cheap for 2.5 hours, we paid $5 thanks. It's fairly tight driving up the levels but not unmanageable. When you drive up to the building, if you look up, you can see how many parks are available. Loved that idea as we don't have parking buildings in the smaller city we live in. Easy to pay when you leave as the camera must calculate your time, and once you put your car rego into the payment machine, it's sorted. Thanks, and we'll be using your facility again.

Good Wellington CBD car park. VERY Affordable and secure off-street parking, however only for smaller vehicles or the brave. Very tight spaces / turns.

My go to park in the CBD, excellent location, cheap and easy to pay. Only suitable for small to medium sized cars though, the spaces are small and the corners tight...

Impossible to find parking. We have a medium size car and there is only one way to go up and down, therefore if your driving skills are just average you will have problems. There are 10-storey building and there is no signs or anything similar to advise you that there are no spots available.
