   Really rude service from the gentleman on the phone when we called to ask where the driver was. Do not recommend them for your travel on Waiheke.

   Simon picked us up and was great. But on the way back from Mudbrick to the Ferry terminal (3km). We shared with another couple. They charged them about $22 and us $27 for a 5 min trip. This was the lasting taste in a once amazing island that now feels like you're getting charged billionaire prices for day trips. Won't be coming back any time soon unfortunately, even though we love the island. Too expensive.

   I've used them a lot but am aware that with any cab company there will be drivers who will try to cheat tourists. Just make sure you fix your fare ahead of time.

   If was early May and we were on a bus back to Onehua. We ordered a taxi from another company 20 mins prior to our bus arrival because all the taxis were very busy. The taxi failed to show up as the driver got stuck in a parking lot and we were so hopeless as we really wanted to catch the sunset at Mudbrick. I saw a big van taxi parked on the street and a lady driver having a break so I was wondering if she can take us to Mudbrick. She stopped eating straight away and let us in and took us to Mudbrick in the fastest speed. We couldn't be more grateful to her because we wouldn't be able to enjoy the beautiful sunset without her sacrificing her meal break. Thanks again for the legend!

   The best cab company in Waiheke! Their drivers are absolutely amazing friendly, reliable, and genuinely good people. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve visited Waiheke, and I always reach out to Simon to arrange our pick-ups and drop-offs to and from the ferry terminal. Every driver we’ve had has been wonderful. I didn’t catch all their names, but I definitely remember their faces. One older gentleman even shared stories about his time in the Philippines, which was such a lovely conversation. The lady drivers, including Reihana and the others, have been just as fantastic. And the best part? Waiheke Five-O offers the most affordable and reasonable taxi fares on the island. Truly top-notch service every time.

   This cab company was great, we used them multiple times throughout our weekend away in Waiheke. We had a different driver almost every time yet they were all great. They each helped us with tips on where to go and had good chat, would recommend :)

   Not a great experience. Cab showed up 10 minutes late, took us to the wrong location and then tried to charge us $47 for a 12 minute ride. Do yourself a favour and take public transit. We used our AT Hop cars for the ride back and it was $1.06 each. I would never recommend this company to anyone visiting Waiheke.

   Ra is a legend. Very personable and knowledgeable about the island (even if he’s ‘only’ lives there 30yrs). Went out of his way to make sure we had a great day, seeing the island and making it to all the wineries we wanted.

   We used Waiheke 50 over Easter weekend and John our driver was amazing. We were a group with young kids and he helped with the prams and making sure we were all in. I accidentally left my phone in his van and he went above and beyond to get it back to me which I am so thankful for. John you are the best!!

   We booked a ride with this company to a restaurant yesterday. They estimated the cost of the ride at $30 and it turned out to be $42. While we were in the car, we asked the driver to arrange to have us picked up at the restaurant later, at a specific time. She made the request while we were driving, and we heard the dispatcher confirm the request. However, when the time came for the pick up and no driver appeared, we had the restaurant call the company and they said they had no such a booking and they were too busy to bother with us and were rude to the woman who called for us.
