Booked a cab for pick up from an Auckland hotel to the international airport for 4am. At 3.45 am received a message saying driver was being allocated. 5 minutes later I received a telephone call which after 2 rings stopped. Rang them back to be advised they couldn't help with a cab. Dreadful service. Would suggest there are more reliable companies out there snd yo avoid. Their drivers obviously don't like getting up early!
We had the pleasure of riding with Raj last night. What a polite, professional well presented young man. From managing our luggage to checking that the temperature in the cab was fine for us, opening the cab door for my Mum, asking if we would like music, to friendly conversation and just overall outstanding care. Thank you Raj, you made our experience wonderdul. Also huge thanks to Corporate Cabs for a nice vehicle - clean, comfortable and immaculately groomed. Price was a little higher than I'd expected but we arrived safely and in comfort.
We recently had problems with corporate in getting a car to take us to Auckland airport, with the driver letting the side down badly. Corporate were really great in sorting the issue quickly. They fully refunded our costs including a week's parking charges at Auckland Airport. Well done corporate for standing behind your client and hearing our concerns.
Was Looking for van at international airport, Corporate cab gentleman man (LTT820) Helped out and took us home safely loaded all the bags im skoda . very good service highly recommended.
Booked a taxi from Blockhouse Bay Rd to New Lynn and was told by the booker taxi fare will be $21. When I went with drive and paid him he charged me $25.30 asked him if there was a charge for eftpos he said I will see it on my receipt . Very dishonest driver charged me extra for debit card when I used an eftpos card.
I've used this service before but on this occasion the first driver, didn't speak the whole trip apart from pick up drop off. But did point out the motel at the lights.The 2nd driver back to airport was 100% he was professional from the start. Introduced himself, told me how long the trip would take, asked where I was from etc even knew about what was going on with our city. Even recommended a good place to have a coffee. Would highly recommend this service. You get a text to confirm booking, and 1 when cab has been dispatched, which you can follow live and know when they're pulling up. You get a text to tell you the name of the driver and car and rego, when arrived so you know what to look for. If for some reason you forgot your pick-up time, if you ring it links to your number and you get the information straight away. Highly recommend this service.
Very dishonest staff. Requested cash from me and over charge me. Lie to clients and police. I can tell from his behaviour and reaction to deal with the police he is a frequent and experienced lier. Will advice best to avoid corporate cap due to staff's dishonesty and take advantage of the company.
Have used this company previously, always with satisfaction. Last week I booked a taxi for an early morning appointment, a fee was quoted. My driver arrived early, usually not a problem but it meant I was at my destination before the building was open. I am in my 70s and was dropped at the corner of an unfamiliar road in the dark (6.45am) with the driver pointing out a cafe could wait in.I didn't feel comfortable with that. When I came to pay the amount was about $30 more than the fee stated in my online quote. On querying that I was told that the system is faulty and the fee sent to me was incorrect. After some discussion the driver (who was certainly not friendly or welcoming) gave me change in cash after I had paid the amount he asked for. Overall not a happy customer, disappointed by the decline in Customer Service, unlikely to use them again.
