   Do not order anything from them at all. Their ineptitude is legend and they don't have any idea of what good faith trading should mean. Twice I have ordered a particular bottle wine from them via Uber Eats. Twice I have received the wrong bottle of wine from Liquor Center, and they actually have the audacity to charge for the wrong bottle. Twice Uber Eats has tried to charge me for two bottles of wine, when in fact I have only received one bottle. And it's always the wrong type of wine. Their ineptitude is legend.Who is in charge there obviously has no idea what honest good faith trading is actually about. Firstly they advertise a bottle of wine when in fact they don't have it in stock. Very naughty stuff. Then they sent me via Uber Eats, twice , the wrong bottle of wine which is always more expensive than the one initially ordered. Funny that!! There's very much a problem with advertising a particular bottle of wine at a particular price point. Especially if you don't actually have it available. Then you receive the bottle of substitute brand wine via Uber Eats. Then Liquor Center has the audacity to charge me extra money for the bottle of wine that I didn't actually authorize. Then if you complain about the situation and the store to Uber Eats Support/Help. On both occasions I have been given the extreme run around by Uber Eats Support. After battling the draconian system there for hours and on the first time it was for a full day. ! They just say that I/you authorized the substitution and so they can't help me, and then close the conversation down. So who are they actually supporting??!! Initially it seems like they don't want to know about me and they just try to fob me off. Or they procrastinate and say tha t my complaint has been elevated to someone else who is a serious specialist.This whole process does take hours and is completely heartbreaking and frustrating. HOWEVER after quite some time I have been rewarded with a refund for the bottle of wine It's absolutely absurdThe whole thing is a nightmare.The nightmare is always due to the sloppy and unethical behavior of the Liquor Center store. Don't ever bother to order from them. Something is fishy and smells badly. If you do, do not expect fair and sympathetic treatment from Uber Eats Support initially, because they don't really care.Not until you have regretted the Liquor Center store involved , and not until you have made a really distressing and tiring effort to make your own life hell , just to make a point. Bottom line: never ever order from Liquor Center store near Pt Chev through Uber Eats. It's going to be a catastrophic day for you if you do.

   SCAMM!!!! DONT SHOP!!!!! Went to buy a 10 pack cruiser was charged $41 When I said something about the price the guy said “No this is normal please tap ur phone” I then walked out went about 2m to the other liquor store and was charged $30 for the same thing. Very disappointed

   Disappointed and won’t come back. I came into the store looking for a bottle of Riesling. There were only two options and I didn’t recognise the make, so I decided maybe a sweeter Pinot Gris would be good. The staff member then pointed out a bottle of Albariño as alternative as it “tastes similar” to a Riesling. I was not sure, so I hesitated. They then they spun a tale about a lady that came into the store looking for a bottle of Riesling once, he showed her the Albariño instead, she loved it, and now she only ever buys the Albariño every time she’s back. Not sure if that is a true story, dear staff member, but I won’t be the lady coming back into your store anymore. If you suggest alternative wines to what people are looking for, please know that a sweet Riesling and an Albariño are NOT AT ALL similar. The wine you sold me, was very dry and acidic. No offence to anyone who enjoys an Albariño, but it’s not what I wanted.

   I’ve been a customer of yours for a long time but the other day my partner came home very upset that she was followed into the fridge cooler as she was trying to find the beer I asked her to get for me. Something I’ve never experienced when I go in there. She felt like she was being watched like she was going to steal something. Will not be coming here again out of principle

   Small compact shop fully stocked for those wanting to have variety. Only problem with bottle O is parking accessibility as it's on a main road parking this maybe an issue to find. When surrounding dairies are closed you can get snacks from here rather than driving to the local food outlets. Pricing range is within competitive pricing. Maybe try your locals rather than going to countdown, woolworths, Pak & Sav

   Went there out of necessity but wish I just made the right turn and went to the other two bottle stores up the road. Parking is usually hard to find nearby so expect a walk. Store inside feels dirty with bare concrete floors and just stock everywhere. Sure they have the selection and stuff required but the general atmosphere and finish require updating to make the store appear less seedy.
