Bunch of independent contractors - take pot luck at what you get and prepare to be told that they don't have time to deal with you if you're not an existing client. Also, any 'package deals' that are advertised are more than likely near impossible to achieve without significant price hikes - they do not purchase the rights to any preferential pricing so their advertised rates are based on the best possible ever rate and highly unlikely to be available.
