Worst experience. My daughter got full head of highlights, her hair ended up real dead. The hair dresser used a brush after putting in the bleach but pulled most of it apart. The hair dresser didnt fully dry all of her hair before straightening it. The colour turned an ugly orange after a week. Would not recommend, over charged for s crappy service.
Excellent service overall. I visited the salon to have my hair coloured and I was so happy with the result. The staff were polite and professional. Their service is worth the money you’re paying for.
The Ivana salon I went to is tucked away outside the New Lynn mall … I don’t have another salon to compare ‘Ivana house of beauty’ to but what a first time experience that was. They were really understanding because I kept changing my booking. They would also respond to my questions on messenger within a reasonable time too. We (my daughter & I) were greeted, seated & felt comfortable during our time there. I got my hair, nails & a facial done too for an upcoming event. I'm pleased with the outcome, I have made another booking. Thank you Ivana house of Beauty.
Had a phone call with a wonderful and professional staff who had initially booked me in for permanent hair straightening service. I was personally looking forward to the appointment and had previously discussed quotes over the phone. On the day of my booking I arrived to the salon and had no idea what was awaiting me. Walked in and as any other customer mentioned my name and my appointment my time. The lady stared at me as though I was delusional and had no idea what I was talking about. I had kindly requested to meet with the lady over the phone that I had initially spoken to. Everyone in the salon was absolutely clueless about both my appointment as well as my request. I don’t even think the admin understood anything I was saying and I had to continuously reiterate what I was after . After a very frustrating lengthy time trying to communicate. They gave me a ridiculously high quote for a short Bob (over $400+) which I had never experienced before. I really had high hopes for my appointment and am extremely dissatisfied with both the staff and management.

Most beautiful ladies ever! The owner has just a beautiful nature, very welcoming and can definitely tell she takes pride in her work. The lady that I received service from was just as amazing and did an amazing job with my eyebrows. Lovely experience! I’ve just found my new regular!!!!
