    I went to this starbucks just because every year I order a toffee nut crunch, because I love the crunchy things they add on top of the cream. I ordered, they didn‘t mention anything, by the time I received it I ask for the crunch and they said they are out of stock. I was super disapointed, if you promote one drink, you should have ALL the ingredients you need for it, otherwise just put a sign saying out of stock!!

    I ordered a sandwich at the Starbucks in St Lukes, but they gave me a toastie instead. When I told them I got the wrong item, they didn’t even apologize. The high-position manager just handed me two dollars and said, “Sometimes it happens.” I honestly can’t believe that’s something you would say to a customer. It really made me realize how poor their staff training is.

    Bald guy needs to learn customer service greet your customers properly if you hate your job quit, so people don't have to look at your miserable face. Tell your workers to do the cream on the Fraps properly too they look absolutely nothing like the photos very little cream I pay for what I should be getting.

    Went at 10 am on a Sunday so they'd only been open an hour and wasn't busy. Rather annoying that they don't have trays so if you order food and drinks you have to keep going back and forth to retrieve parts of your order and take it to your table. The environment is also not very clean especially for a time that is not busy.

    Ordered through the app and waited abt 30 min as I was not notified through the app. Ordered a iced cappa with 3 shots, soy and 2 caramel syrup. Only gave me a soy iced cappa Edit: I think they used regular milk as I’m feeling sick and gassy

    Very fast turn around of the orders compare to other Starbuck sites in Auckland. Handy location and a very popular spot. Not a lot of seating available. Avoid peak time as the queue for ordering can get very long and waiting area gets messy and very confusing.

    Nice Starbucks spot with limited seats and table but the coffees and beverages are so good... I went this morning for the first time and I ordered a caramel chocolate macchiato... it was great... similar to those Starbucks coffee we have in America... nice and fast service and ideal for a quick coffee and a quick bite... limited options but everything is fresh always...
