   Nice having to buy pecorino cheese nearby and some premium stuff that isn't sold in Woolies. Produce is pretty good and with their loyalty card, it's cheaper than Woolies too. Now the con(s). I'm fine with staff checking my till after I leave the self-checkout section...that's fine, your store has had to deal with quite a few thefts, I'd imagine. There was a new staff member who stopped me after using the self-checkout - showed her the receipt and she still checked my till! Pretty unsettling.

   Customer service absolutely appalling. Its disgusting how staff handle bag checks for stealing. This morning after running afew errands I stopped by my local new world mount roskill to pick up afew extra things. After purchasing my items I continued to put them into my tote bag at the check out whilst holding the receipt in my hand. The staff member already pacing around me then sticks her hand in my bag without asking... and starts questioning goods that I had bought from the previous store I had visited (which are not goods sold from new world or grocery stores). After proof that I wasnt stealing she just shrugged me off without an apology and told me to go. I understand that they may be struggling with a high rate of theft however staff should be trained on how to manage a potential theif. You have no right to touch anyone's personal property without asking unless they are trying to avoid the bag check and show signs of stealing. This is the third time I have been pulled aside for a "bag check" and have been treated poorly by staff and left without an apology. As an individual who works in customer service on a daily basis I know that is not how you should be treating your customers! Im a loyal customer to new world mount roskill and im really disappointed by how ive been treated by staff on certain occasions.

   This is my local supermarket and I always have a great experience when shopping here. The store is clean and well-organized and the staff are always friendly. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality and convenience in one place!

   This is a fantastic shop to get my groceries. The prices are great, the staff are friendly and the overall layout of the store is very practical. It's also surrounded by many other shops you can go to for other things, such as the Warehouse, the Mad Butcher, Coffee Club and there's even a McDonalds on the other side of the parking lot.

   A well designed supermarket, with a modern look and dedicated bulk spices section. Staff members are friendly, attentive, accommodating, and helpful; especially the lady at the seafood counter. Parking usually is available despite that it's a shared shopping area. Prices are a bit expensive compared to other supermarkets. Stocks are improving although now have less of unique items than it used to.

   Went there this morning for my usual weekly shopping. Lady at the checkout was as usual friendly and polite,BUT the woman at the Lotto was not only rude but spent more time on a phone looking at some paper and when I asked if anyone was working there she could not be bothered with any acknowledgement or using her customer serves skills. Very sad as I know that woman at the Lotto and have served her many times ,she is always impatient and rude to talk too. Buck your ideas up or get another job.

   This isn't about the store, because grocery shopping here is great. My issue is your customers dumping trolleys on my lawn. Please advise them if they're gonna take the trolleys, dump them on their own property. If you read your messages, you'd know they're in my driveway now, neatly lined up waiting for pickup instead of scattered all over my lawns. Very selfish, inconsiderate customers. My lawn is not a dumping ground for trolleys.

   Hey New World Mt Roskill. I appreciate you are busy and short staffed but packing your customers bags should be part of the service. If I wanted to pack my own bags I would go to PaknSave and spend less. And I don't appreciate being made to feel like a low life, and mostly ignored anyway, just because I would like my bags to be packed. You don't know my circumstances, so please can you ask your customers if they would like their bags packed instead of presuming they are fit and able to do so? Much appreciated.

   This has become one of our go to places since Fresh Collective closed down. Obviously a lot bigger, but it's also great that they accommodated a lot of the staff from Fresh Collective. Always a lot of parking and easy to move around the store.
