I went here today for purchase but when I came to reception for billing and the girl who wear chooda don’t greet me well. Even she don’t say hi to me at the end I said her thank you but she didn’t reply . So that not a good way to greet a customer. Please give some good training to your staff. Thank you
Worst experience This isn’t the first time—it has happened three times now. They always overcharge. Whoever buys from them should always ask for a receipt, otherwise you never know when you’ll get ripped off.
Selling expired items and when returning goods they just refuse and claim they never sold such brand. Bought another item while returning and sold again expired item.
Not a great experience here. The place seemed really dirty. There were flies in the shop and outside there was rubbish all over the place. Some of the produce looked old and definitely not fresh. The prices looked ok, but I left without making a purchase. 3/10

Bigmart Supermarket Papatoetoe been to this shop on sunday to buy cardamom($59.99kg according to their fb post on specials), the lady at checkout(i guess owner) charged according to $99 kg when i noticed went back to ask why you charged according to $99 then she said offer is valid till 7. But i showed her the post which shows weekend special till 7pm or while stock lasts. I went there around 8pm but if your post states while stock last then the price could be $ 59.99c not $99. If you guys want to charge according to full price then please dont post these specials and make people fool or learn the meaning of till stock last.
The cashier was very rude to us. She charged us extra and then when we went back to talk about extra charge. She told me some time, we not charge for eggs to other some time, we not charge for eggs to other. This is not good customer service. It was not good for dealing with customers like that. Not good at all. I won't be recommending to someone else. Guys, if you are reading this, please be aware. Before leaving the shop, check your receipts before that.
