Alvin was extremely rude. As a tenant, I was surprised when he showed up at our property at 8 PM without any prior notice. He treated me as if I were inconveniencing him. If this is how he conducts his business, I would not recommend his services. When my partner called him to ask why he thought it was acceptable to come over so late, Alvin was both ignorant and arrogant. After 30+ years in the business, he should know to be more professional and courteous.
