   Two lazy and rude workers. Never return or recommend this branch. Staff are busy talking outside and ignores uber orders. Took 10 minutes to get there to collect the food and these two lazy staff are making an excuse that the machine just printed the order and tells the driver to wait 10 minutes. They insults and tells the driver to leave if you don’t want to pick up the food.

   Amongst all Hell Pizza stores this one is so far my favourite. Hardworking and friendly staff and they put A LOT of toppings on your pizza. Of course my favourite has always been the free range chicken tender with the Hell chilli sauce. So yummy

   My husband ordered a gluten-free and dairy-free pizza from Hell Central Auckland. He arrived before the pizza was cut. The staff member saw him and used a clean cutter, which was good. But he didn’t use the special gluten-free gripper to pick up the pan. When my husband asked about it, the staff member said, “It doesn’t matter” and told him they couldn’t find it. He said it in a rude way, which was upsetting — especially since it’s so important for someone who can’t tolerate gluten. My husband has worked as a manager at Hell before, so he knows how important these steps are. But when he tried to explain that, the staff member said, “So what if you were a manager?” and claimed it’s fine to use the normal gripper for gluten-free pans. That’s not acceptable. We won’t be going back there again. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND for Celiac people

   We ate here twice while on vacation from the U.S. Classic pepperoni was great both times. The sauce has a bit of a spicy kick on the back pallet but it's very slight that only those who think ketchup has a kick will taste it. Location is convenient to stop into with some outside seating for a meal before the ne t adventure.

   Ordered the hand stretched list deluxe pizza. Made to order and extremely generous with the ingredients! Tasty and affordable but place lacks enough seating and is more of a take away option. A decent place to have pizza!

   Would give 0 stars if it was possible!! Ordered the serpent pizza without any extras. Received it with extra avocado topping, girlfriend is allergic to avocado. Went back to get a refund or replacement. Guy who served was very rude and told me to wait for the guy I placed the order with for 45 minutes. Hard when you can’t acknowledge that you mess up and fix. Worst restaurant experience with hella in Auckland. Tables were sticky and covered in food.

   Not only was the order completely wrong, it arrived with the toppings sliding off the pizza... We don't eat dairy or gluten so this was binned. The driver and restaurant both did not want to take responsibility for this and put the blame on the other. Issue was resolved through Uber eats refund but I'm disappointed with the customer service I received.

   Very friendly, approachable, well presented team with customer service at the forefront. Clean and tidy store. Pizza was topped and cut perfectly. Definitely the best experience I have had with hells pizza, I would definitely come back and recommend them to everyone!

   Delivery, take way and dine-in available. I got it delivered through Ubereats. I Ordered the 9 inch Half buffalo half beast pizza with a garlic bread! The food was well packaged with no leaks. The pizza was thin crusted (the only option for this pizza) and was tasty with the standout being the green toppings as shown in the pictures that gave it an amazing taste! The garlic bread was below expectations because it lacked a good bread to garlic proportion with it being too much bread and not enough garlic which meant you mostly ate bread with a side of garlic (but It did fill you up, obviously). The pizza ingredients proportions were very good and it wasn’t as filling as I thought it would be due to its thin crust though oily. Good for a single individual to eat but would recommend a bigger pizza size for 2 or more people!
