   The admin team seems more focused on chasing payments than actually listening to patients. Despite explaining multiple times that my insurance is covering the bill, they continue to follow up and ignore what I’ve said. And again there’s a communication gap between the admin and SRG team, I was told on site they’ll charge me on my next visit but this admin is chasing me again, which creates unnecessary stress and workloads. This really needs improvement.

   My daughter had an appointment with Dr Carl Peters today and it was positive, informative and reassuring. Dr Peters is professional without being condescending, is empathetic and listens to your concerns. He takes the time to ensure you understand but he treats you with respect and you feel heard, respected and cared for.
