   I was really very impressed and would happily recommend his highly professional work and attitude whereby the customer must get a superior service. Work was carried out during September 2025. Due to the list of jobs to be done he also put us up in the sleepout at his home (a self constructed bed sit with a good separate bathroom, kitchen area with quality appliances, very comfortable bed and large screen TV) and elderly car at reasonable cost. The work was on a Burstner TD745 motorhome. It required replacement of underfloor framework (that supports the rear storage area of the motorhome - Insurance job) damaged by me when I went up a slope that I shouldn't have, an airbag suspension system (so that by adjusting there'd be no scraping of the underside of the vehicle), cleaning off an accumulation of mould on the roof, dealing with water tightness problem (picked up on Annual Burstner Water Tightness Check - Warranty job), and 3 small scrapes that at the time I didn't think were worth putting through the Insurance Company. Dirk and his team achieved an excellent end result.

   We purchased an ex-rental Burstner, motor home and Dirk provided valuable advice. He and his team have installed 2x 250W solar panels, and a new inverter. The bike rack is installed with good re-enforcing for the weight if the bikes.They have future proofed it ready for a lithium battery. We have a wonderful new reversing camera that helps us park in really tight spaces. It is also great for safer driving on the motorways and the open road knowing what is happening around us. Thank you Dirk and your team, not only do they provide excellent service, but they have years of experience and knowledge to provide invaluable advice.

   I cannot thank Dirk enough for his help with my Burstner Reich E control box. It fried itself driving home to Wellington. Reimann Tuning came up as I searched for someone in NZ to fix it. Talking it over with Dirk, he offered us a rental car and a self contained sleep out behind his house. We drove to Auckland without any of the habitation side working. An interesting overnight in Ohakune...cold! once we got to Dirk, he diagnosed the problem quickly and offered solutions plus the bonus of a rental and somewhere warm and cosy to stay whilst he fixed our motorhome. Fabulous service and I recommend Dirk's company as a first call to fix conplex problems! Brilliant and many thanks Dirk and to your wife Sandra. cheers Pete

   Had our water tightness test done, habitation door and cab hatch window replaced. They were very helpful, informative, efficient and did a great job. We were able to park overnight in front of the workshop with power & water available in secure site. An easy walk to Westfield mall while the work was being done. Reasonable rates. Highly recommend

   Being from Europe and staying in New Zealand for multiple months, Dirk was a great support in buying my own car, and I cannot be thankful enough for it. Not familiar with car ownership in New Zealand, he contacted the car's owner for details, checked if the car was in good shape, and even organised the handover with the owner for me. During the whole process, he was always available to answer all questions or concerns that I had in the process. I highly recommend contacting him if you are new in NZ, unfamiliar with rules and practices, and want to buy a car safely!

   Excellent short notice overhaul after our brakes failed due to the incorrect parts originally being fitted. Late afternoon on a Friday Dirk put our minds at ease and got to work first thing Monday morning. With parts needing ordering we were able to stay in our motorhome whilst the work was carried out with both power and toilet facilities! Not only that our larger than average dog was made hugely welcome and enjoyed the company of Fernando’s dog Charlie! We’re already booked in for a full safety check and a service. Second to none. Not only is the work of excellent quality they go the extra mile. Thank you.

   I can not thank Fernando and Dirk enough. What good and personable guys. They fitted my caravan in at short notice with a tight dead line with amazingly good grace and efficiency. We had a problem with our waste water drainage and they took the trouble to find out exactly what the issue was and came up with an elegant solution. Right from the time we dropped the caravan off it was obvious they were very professional and I felt confident in their abilities and recommendations. As a result we ended up asking for a few more jobs to be done and despite the time restraints they made it all happen. The outcomes were of a high standard. Throughout the whole process their communication was outstanding. Dirk is passionate about ensuring the best outcomes and going the extra mile. I discovered that Dirk and Fernando are able to work on every aspect of a caravan or motorhome. It is good to now have reliable and competent people to approach and I will be going back for a more extensive refurbishment when time allows. Thank you, it was a pleasure to deal with you both.

   I cannot recommend Dirk highly enough. He fitted in our job at short notice, successfully diagnosed the problem (a faulty motor on an electric bed in our m/home) and worked tirelessly to solve some very complex motor/control panel programming issues. As we needed to stay in Auckland while the repair was carried out, Dirk offered both a car and a bed. Though not required, it was a very generous gesture. On top of this, Dirk is simply a very nice guy who takes pride in his workmanship and ensuring that the client is fully satisfied.
