   Lion Rock Surf Shop is awesome! I was visiting from the US and was frothing for a session. Megan set me up with the perfect board and wetsuit super easy! She was very courteous and the gear was top notch. A wonderful shop in a gorgeous setting with fun waves. My experience could not have been better!

   Best surfing lessons me and my partner had!! CJ is not only an absolutely fantastic teacher but also very accommodating and friendly! Definitely one of our highlights of our trip! Absolutely recommend! Can't wait to come here again!! The lion rock surf shop has a good variety of surfing gear as well, very nice wetsuits and fashionable beach wear!

   A great little surf and beach shop! And... one of only two in Piha. They have a wide variety of beach wear, swimsuits (togs), shorts, t-shirts, beach sandals (jandals) and just about anything else you need for your beach vacation or weekend. There is a large selection of surfing gear including wetsuits for kids and adults. They rent surfboards, and offer surfing lessons, too. I especially liked this shop for its selection, its reasonable prices (along with many sale items), and for its very friendly, helpful and interactive owner! She will help you to make the best of your beach time by helping you select and try on everything you might need for your visit to Piha!
