Be aware of this. Mike might come across as a genuine folk, but for the extra buck he won't honor an agreement! He would sell you a surfboard and agree on a price to trade it back after some time, but then he would turn back on his promises offering a much lower price for it (altough in the same perfect conditions) making all sort of excuses i.e. recession, not able to make extra money, having to wait for summer before resell it, etc etc.. total BS! Very disappointing experience!
