   I came in four days ago and got a deluxe manicure and pedicure, and the experience itself was amazing, especially the pedicure! I chose cat-eye polish on both my fingers and toes, and everything looked great at first. However, the polish on my fingernails is already starting to chip at the tips. I paid a total of $150, and for the polish to begin chipping within just four days, it doesn’t feel worth the price.

   I got a deluxe combo gel polish manicure and pedicure done here and absolutely loved it. The ladies were so kind and welcoming, and they followed my inspiration perfectly, I’m super happy with the results. The salon itself was really nice and peaceful, which made the whole experience even better. The price was really good as well. Highly recommend!!

   Haven’t been in a while, and the salon is now under new management. The team was so welcoming and very professional. They did an excellent job on my nails, and the eyelid tint and eyebrow wax were an added bonus — fantastic work. Highly recommend!

   I’ve been coming to this salon since it opened, and I’ve never had a bad experience. All the girls have been absolutely lovely, very friendly, and the service has always been great. It’s now under new management, and I find it’s even better than before. Della, the new manager, happened to be in the salon during my visit, and it was clear how seriously she takes the quality of her and her team’s work. She did my nails herself and took the time to shape them perfectly, carefully filing down the builder gel so it wasn’t thick or bumpy. She also made a point of showing her staff what she was doing so the same level of care is consistently delivered. The spa pedicure has also improved, with new features like steaming and a rock massage. They’ve even started offering tea and coffee, which is a nice touch. I’m really happy with the results I get at this salon, and I hope Della, Kinsley, and Meena continue the great work they do.

   I came in requesting a simple gel manicure. Not only did they assume I wanted acrylics before telling them no 12 times, but the whole experience was beyond awful. The workers were standing around judging and obnoxiously laughing whilst pointing at my hands speaking amongst themselves, it was safe to say I felt pretty humiliated. The final product was marginal. I wouldn’t even send my dog there.

   Have been multiple times and it's always been average but this is by far the worst. Asked for removal of builder gel then normal gel on top but instead they did builder gel on top when I clearly asked for normal gel. They made me pay the full price and said theres nothing they can do. Staff are SO rude, go literally anywhere else but here!

   Would not recommend Precious Nails. Requested gel nails with art. Lady who had never done nail art before did it. She sighed and huffed and puffed the whole time, speaking to her colleagues in a different language, making me feel very awkward. She smudged some of the art and just left it to set. And completely gave up on my thumbs. At the end she admitted that she “never wants to do nail art again”. Despite me insisting at the start that a simple manicure would suffice. I felt like a total inconvenience. Please don’t advertise nail art if this is actually not possible. $80 wasted

   Horrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ACRYLIC REMOVAL. Asked them to remove my acrylic extensions that had been applied with builder gel. She got an acrylic nail and jammed it between my nail and the fake one and peeled it off. Which resulted in her peeling off most of my nail. As she attempted the second nail, she slipped and stabbed my finger. When I asked her if there was another way to take them off she was very annoyed and said there wasn’t. After I insisted she then finally used the chemical removal option but it was clear that she was prioritising doing things as fast as possible. Horrible service and attitude from that lady. Another staff member did apologise for ruining my nails but then offered me $5 off my next appointment which is useless as I won’t be back. Do not recommend wasting your money there.
