   This review is long overdue, but I just had to share my experience! It was my first time purchasing a couch for my family and me, and Rovil and his partner made the entire process so easy and stress-free. Rovil provided amazing customer service — he wasn’t pushy at all and genuinely cared about helping us find the right couch. He was so friendly and easy to talk to that it didn’t even feel like a sales interaction. The delivery service was just as impressive! They even offered same-day delivery, but since we weren’t available, we went with next-day delivery instead. The delivery team called ahead to make sure we were home before dropping off our beautiful new couch, and assembly was super simple. If you’re thinking about purchasing from them, don’t hesitate — you’ll have a great experience from start to finish. Huge thanks to Rovil and his partner (I wish I’d caught his name!) for making our first couch-buying experience such a great one!

   Excellent customer service. Adhered to level three delivery rules and good follow up service. These guys were on point!!! * This is an edit two years after the purchase. We lost the receipt to the purchase and rang the store in the chance they might be able to help and the Customer Service was excellent again. They promptly verified our identify and then emails the requested detailed and a copy of the receipt inside a couple of minute from hanging up. Seriously impressed with these guys!
