   Absolutely disgusting. As soon as you walk in an unpleasant odour hits your nose. The fish section looks very dirty, it seems as if they don't change their tea towels or cleaning cloths. Staff aren't of any help, their bad attitude reflects their bad store. It is poorly maintained and quite dirty. Honestly save yourself the time, money and your health really. I do think hygiene standards must be lifted and performed appropriately.

   Advertised on Facebook $5.99kg for chicken curry pieces, walked into the store and butcher area thinking I'll get a good night's dinner. The boy at the butcher had no respect or customer service skills whatsoever, it was shown chicken curry pieces by the meat, I greeted the guy and asked for 2.5kg of chicken curry pieces, he threw the meat around only to give me 2.1kg and carried on with his day. I came home and opened the plastic to find drumsticks cut into chunks, falsely advertised as chicken curry pieces. Ruined my mood, night and dinner plans. This is not the first time I've been disappointed.

   12 September 2023 10:12am Just seen a lady from staff walk out with a small cardboard box and she shoved it in the public rubbish bin outside the store!! Her 2nd time since I was parked out front. Why? Can’t your big store recycle the cardboard? Leave the public bins for people in the public!

   My husband bought prawns from shop n save when I opened the box the prawns colour was brownish and it’s was smelling really bad Shop n save this is not the first time it happened once bought nibbles that was bad told them they didn’t to anything about it then the same thing with sausage now the prawns what can you guys do about it ?

   Price of these items says 2.20 on the shelf but when you go on the counter they charge you 3.50.. upon asking why you charge more and the cashier and starts to fight and saying because of eid festival we have to put the price up. What a rip off .thief they are. One time I also found chicken in the butcher which was not halaal upon asking the manager I was told that they were very busy in Christmas and were running out of chickens and bring the chicken which is not halaal.
