   I personally bought an overpriced “refurbished” Formway Life chair from them that it’s “Seat Depth” and “Upright” (the lock to lean back) functionalities were not working properly at the time of sale. Hadn’t seen one before and trusted their staff who said “this is the best out of the stock we got”, I assumed I’m buying a nice faultless refurbished chair for a fraction of it’s original price. Didn’t realise that those are actually faults and not features of the chair for a few months after the purchase at which point I made contact with them and they refused to do anything about it. No refunds, repairs or even even a restocking fee for a percentage off the price. If you’re buying anything from them (especially a chair) make sure you’re aware how a new one operates. Inspect and try it at time of pickup to make sure it hasn’t got any faults because you won’t get much of a customer support once you set foot outside their warehouse.
