   I have to share the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, and unfortunately, it happened at St Pierre’s Sushi on Keo. I bought sushi to go and sat in my car to eat for about 30 minutes. When I returned to use the washroom, the staff member was extremely rude and, without even looking at me, said, “No, the toilet is for customers only.” This was not only humiliating but completely unnecessary. I have visited this place multiple times, and today’s experience was by far the worst. The level of disrespect shown was unacceptable. I hope management addresses this, as customer service clearly needs serious improvement.

   My partner got food poisoning here. The rice most surely was the culprit. 3 hours after consuming one tray of sushi she was vomiting, having intense chills and stomach ache. We called the ambulance and they told us it's food poisoning, so I'm reporting this to prevent it from repeating. Be careful please

   The sushi was really delicious, but the service completely ruined the experience. An older Asian woman with glasses and several tattoos on her arm ignored my greeting and communicated only with hand gestures, without saying a single word. She seemed very unfriendly and unwelcoming, which made me feel uncomfortable throughout the visit. It’s a shame because the food was great, but with that kind of service, I won’t be coming back

   Never open on time, weekdays or weekend; always ~30 minutes late. They say Open 0730hrs on weekdays but are actually closed. Google opening hours are wrong too. "The Chinese woman with glasses is nasty. She will interrupt and snap at customers with a loud, sharp voice." Shelves empty with only sashimi and other snack far inside the store. Sushi prices have gone up; quantity and quality has gone down. Large Teriyaki chicken on rice is now $12 with a thin layer of chicken and sauce on top.

   Just drop by before work to get my lunch. The older lady that's working today was so rude and unpleasant. If you don't like serving customers get a different job!! So not the St. Pierre's standard I'm use it. Very disappointed

   I came into the store and purchased a katsu on rice as well as a salmon rice ball - the server said that it would take a few minutes for the rice ball to be prepared so I waited on one of the tables. After waiting for approximately 15 minutes I asked the staff how much longer it would take to prepare - the staff were not making the item and explained to me that there was no order for that item - I left without the item or any refund. Staff were uninterested in rectifying the situation

   Bland sushi with minimal filling. This isn’t a good chain - the prices are high, the service is slow (understaffed) and the atmosphere is like an office. The main issue is the rice - it’s dry and the flavours are all wrong.

   The sushi here is fresh & tasty! Great value for your money. They have a wide selection of vegan sushi. I loved the avocado sushi rolls in particular!
