   I've been a regular fan of Hell Pizza for a while, but my recent experience was seriously disappointing. The customer service from an indian girl Hiral was shockingly poor — staff were rude, dismissive, and seemed like they couldn't care less about getting the order right or offering any kind of help. I waited far longer than the estimated time, only to receive the wrong items, and when I tried to get it fixed, the person on the phone was unhelpful and borderline rude. No apology, no effort to make it right, just attitude. It's a shame because the food is usually decent, but this kind of customer service makes me question whether it's worth ordering again. If you're going to charge premium prices, at least offer a basic level of respect and professionalism. Not impressed.

   If you are looking for one of the worst service in Auckland, please go to this place where you will get rude customer service. I ordered from this place 3 days ago and the pizzas were absolutely tasteless and bread stinks. Our family got food poisoning after eating this. Please stop going to this if you don't want to be scammed

   I went there when it was under the construction, but the experience was great overall. The staffs were friendly, but the pizza itself was just ok. It’s great that they offered gluten free and dairy free options here (most chain pizza here do this practice anyway).

   Amazing quality, amazing price, great deals if you check their website and its walking distance! We will definitely be back for our next guilty takeaway night!! The best salad I've had so far as a takeaway in Auckland, best wedges I've had in decades, oh and... The pasta is to DIE for darling.

   Ordered online - came exactly on time delivered by a nice friendly staff but the food wasn't great especially with the price I paid - best thing was the onion rings that were soggy but had that good fried taste to them) Won't be reusing this hell pizza store again. Gave extra star for the delivery guy.

   Not bad but not amazing, a little on the pricey side but I'd absolutely get another. I got the double brimstone with extra cheeses. Very savory. A little sweet. Avocado is moderately good on pizza.

   They always get the order wrong. Literally. every. single. time. Just paid $72 for 2 super bland pizzas because they didn't add the sauce. Again. Last time they offered me a free mini pizza coupon for my next order (worse than their regular coupons, and I'd have to order to get it anyway). This time they offered me 1 free pizza. So, $140 for 4 below average pizzas and their customer service feels like they want to fight (I'm super chill but these guys are next level). Does someone from Head Office want to contact me? This place is in my top 5 worst customer experiences - you need to look into it.
