   I am so surprised by the positive reviews, it was an urgent job and he absolutely did the job - was expensive but I expect that for an urgent job. But he was so rude and sure I could not be the boss as I was a female (all done remotely and a staff member took the laptop in). He over talked me, was dismissive and patronising. In fact said to my staff member there must be a man he could talk to. As a female I would not recommend him and would not use his service again.

   Good service, solved my IT problem and gave me a free second hand cover for an old iPad. at $55 it’s a great price and definitely not Lampton Quay or Willis St prices. Take all your stuff there. Highly recommended

   Amazing service. I came in quite stressed about my laptop as I had spilt coffee all over it. JJ was quick to respond being super helpful and reassuring. JJ did a great job of repairs with a very quick service!! This was about a month ago now and my laptop is still working great! I am sure that is due to the expertise and knowledge that JJ has. Highly recommend.

   I visited here 2 times to get my broken laptop hinge fixed. I couldn’t use the student discount for the service and it costs me $220 each time. It is definitely costly for my tight student budget but the issue was solved promptly and communication was good.
