   Walked in and immediately profiled by the staff of a particular race, but if you've been there you'll know what I mean. They followed my sons around the store, another member wasn't able to assist me trying to locate an item. Spent over $150 here, and eyes were on us the whole time. The worst shopping experience, especially around Christmas time. Happy to lodge a formal complaint. Staff need to learn basic customer service skills. Very annoyed.

   Worst shopping experience - extremely rude manager: on 8 Dec at 2.43pm, when I was looking for a product, a bottle nearby (Difflam Plus sore throat spray) fell and broke, due to the cramp shelfing of the products. The manager at the time rushed towards me asking me to pay for the broken product in a rudest way possible, and shouting at me 'you broke it, you must pay'. They forced me to pay for the broken item even though I believed it was an accident and not my fault. Had it been placed properly in the shelf, the accident would never happen. Attacking customers to pay for an accidental broken item and shouting at them only for $23.99, I'd say disgusting manner of handling things. Very disappointing experience.

   CW Onehunga - I called at 9am on Sat 27 Sept as I wanted to check if they had a product instock. No one picked up the phone on retail line so after ringing for ages, the call was picked up by dispensary staff, he said he would transfer my call to retail staff, so the phone continued to ring then someone picked up and hung up. I called back retail line, same thing, rings for ages, no answer, went to dispensary then a lady picked up. I asked her why the call was hung up last time and instead of apologising, she started telling me off as if I had done something wrong, she claimed her staff are new so dont know how to use the phone, and when I tried to ask her about the product, she cut me off again. I called back and this time call was picked up by a an Indian lady who apologised for other staffs behaviour. CW, what sort of people are you hiring who turn up to work at 9am and are rude to customers. Maybe your staff dont want to serve customers. Not great customer service if you treat your customers like this st 9am when you open your shop. Do better. PS... after reading other reviews, it seems the branch needs better customer service staff and management.

   Just wanted to say a big thanks to Sandamaili for the amazing help. I couldn’t find the baby product I needed, and while I was looking around, she noticed right away and came over. Even though the shelf was empty, she checked the stock and brought it to me quickly. She was super friendly and helpful. I also saw her helping other customers the same way. She is a great example of what good customer service is all about.

   Horrible! We needed to get products for our sick baby, went to Chemist Warehouse in Onehunga at 7.54pm and they had already closed their doors so no one could get in. If it says you close at 8pm, your doors should be closed at 8pm and not any earlier! Absolutely disgusting!

   Chemist Warehouse Onehunga have done such a splendid job with the fit out that they’ve even started using the premise for movie-shoots (see photo). All jokes aside, it’s a great store for all things health and beauty. The Chemist Warehouse prices are very hard to beat and I often notice quite substantial differences between the products here compared with other pharmacies. That’s 5 gold stars from me.    Not even worth a 1 star - only put a 1 star to get this posted! Shocking horrible experience with the pharmacists here! The Indian lady was so rude and disgusting to my daughter! Asking for her ID and everything!!! Disgusting customer service!! She needs to be fired!

   Really rude staff. Deal with a chief Indian pharmacist and another Indian Jaanavi both were rude and judgemental as I was in my work overall. Refused to give me my medication without hearing my full story that my car was broken into and I lost my meds. Even with my own GP forwarding the prescription. Never will come back to this pharmacy.

   I came here last week to buy a thrush treatment - pure and simple. The lady behind the chemist counter refused to sell it to me. Said because I don't have vaginal discharge it isn't thrush and that I need to see my GP. Went to doctor and paid $68 for appointment. Just got test result - I have thrush. Very bad experience. Never shopping here again. Please train your staff. Thrush does not always have discharge! Thanks to your incompetence I was worried unnecessarily and wasted $68.
